Modern “Distrito Aeropuerto” Hotel Planned by Enea Just Steps from the Pudahuel Terminal

Enea is planning an innovative three-story hotel near the Pudahuel International Airport terminal. The hotel will feature 180 rooms, event halls with capacity for 1,000 guests, 131 parking spaces, and a wide range of top-tier amenities, including a spa, gym, and business center.

With a usable area of 12,131 m² (130,577 ft²), the architectural design was led by the office of architect Luis Alberto Darraidou, focusing on providing high-standard projects and customer service.

The hotel is located on Avenida El Parque, just meters from the airport entrance, situated in a well-established area adjacent to other hospitality, transportation, warehousing, and retail projects.

This facility offers a modern, cutting-edge lodging option for airport passengers and benefits from fully developed surrounding roads as well as available utilities, including electricity, sanitation, and telecommunications.

The facility will feature 24 rooms on the first floor and 78 rooms distributed evenly across the second and third floors. It will also include three spacious event halls, each averaging around 400 m² (4305.56 ft²).

Additionally, an outdoor swimming pool is planned for the first floor, centrally located to provide guests with a direct view of this inviting space, which will be enhanced with attractive landscaping.

The design aims to create a sense of tranquility and privacy for guests, while also shielding the area from outside noise, ensuring a truly restful and relaxing stay.

Additionally, the projects have sectoral permits at various stages of approval and are situated within fully operational infrastructure and roadways, surrounded by tree-lined airport zones with available electricity, sanitary, and telecommunications services.
