June 2025

Both projects benefit from excellent connections to Route 68 as well as the urban highways Costanera Norte and Américo Vespucio, providing a significant advantage in terms of accessibility to and from Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport, the country’s main ports, and the Metropolitan Region.

CDM Rentas Valdivia (Club Deportivo Municipal, the municipal sports club) is located on a 51,645.46 m² (555,987.49 ft²) site with a planned construction area of 39,535 m² (425,472 ft²). Meanwhile, CDM Rentas Pudahuel sits on a 142,811 m² (1,537,020 ft²) site with warehouses and office spaces projected to cover 88,360 m² (950,987 ft²).

Both are Class A warehouses with a 12-meter (11 ft) clearance height, featuring modern logistical and administrative facilities for managing products and goods. They can be used by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or leased to companies specializing in parcel distribution, retail transportation, and last-mile delivery operations near the airport.

Enea, Airport City

Since its inception in the late 1990s, nearly 400 companies have established themselves in Enea, offering a broad range of products and services to Santiago, Chile, and the world through the Pudahuel International Airport and its direct connection to the ports of Valparaíso and San Antonio.

Enea is also a controlled area, with 24/7 surveillance, an extensive network of cameras, monitoring systems, mobile patrols, and monitoring through the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) app. In addition, there is a coordinated security strategy with all the companies operating within our 1,100 hectares (2,718.16 acres)—managed by business administration boards.

Airport City is highly committed not only to continuous infrastructure improvements, but also to sustainability. Among its many features are more than 130 hectares (321 acres) of green spaces, parks, bike paths, a golf course, and courts for tennis and soccer. It also maintains a consistent commitment to supporting and promoting sporting events, fairs, educational programs, and entrepreneurship initiatives, as well as services to the Pudahuel municipality as a whole.
